* Our elopement packages are a fun, romantic and affordable wedding alternative.
We want you to know we offer a very simple, gorgeous ceremony on a public beach.
We have designed our services to be stress free,
simple and fun for you, your family and for us !

We want you to be thrilled with your experience: the ceremony
the photography, the flowers.... EVERYTHING .
Having said that, we want you to know before you reserve us
that this package is not a traditional wedding and isn't for everyone.
It's a Casual Beach Ceremony.
No need for stuffy tuxes and uncomfortable rented shiny black shoes
think casual and comfortable, relaxed, fun....tell your guests: BEACH CASUAL
A long bridal gown that will be in the sand, and that you worry about the whole time
isn't necessary at all .....we highly recommend casual... think bare feet and flip flops !

You'll need to arrive dressed and ready to be photographed
with your family and friends on the day of your elopement ceremony.

-for our elopement ceremonies, we don't offer:
processionals or hiding from the groom,
food, beach decor, alcohol, aisles, arches, chairs, balloons,
or "that grand traditional church entrance".
Because it's an elopement on the beach, on the sand and near the sea !
We offer all the great parts of the celebration.... without all the stress and work.
You just need to pick up a license and show up ready to have fun.

OUR FINE PRINT:

1. This is a gorgeous public beach ...a beautiful free place to be married.
- BEACH CASUAL-
You and your guests need to be able to walk out on the sand about a block
near the ocean for the ceremony. We aren't part of the Hotel Del Coronado.
* If you should need a wheelchair, the main lifeguard station
on Coronado does have a special wheelchair for the sand, you can
make arrangements directly with them also (even better) the Hotel Del
can have a wheelchair (electric) waiting for you at the lobby if you call ahead,
the fee is about 40.00 and you do not have to be a guest at the hotel.

2. This isn't a church or inside venue .....it's a beautiful natural setting outside,
a public beach (THINK sand in your shoes...sunshine, wind in your hair
casual comfortable beach wear is totally fine ! )

3. Guests? children count unless they are babies being held
bride and groom don't count, all guests/family who are attending.
If you go over the 15 guests, you will be asked to bump up to the Deluxe Package
for up to 25 package and pay the difference before your photos are delivered.
You will then receive the memory album instead of loose prints, CD .
The deluxe package is $2495.00+tax
If you have purchased the $995. package and have more than 4 guests,
you will be asked to bump up to the $1495 package
that includes 30 additional pictures,
or the deluxe package depending on how many extra people you have.
WE DON'T OFFER ANY SERVICES FOR GROUPS OVER 25.

4. We meet both of you and your family and your guests
the day of the elopement,
right in FRONT of the Hotel Del Coronado near valet parking ,
MAIN lobby, outside and then we walk down to the public beach together

5. We don't offer refunds. We are more than happy to reschedule your elopement date, however we don't offer refunds after you have reserved a date with us.
